WHAT IS PILATES?

Pilates is an exercise system structured to build core strength, flexibility, restore muscle imbalance and improve posture. The Pilates Method is not just an exercise, it is a series of controlled movements engaging your mind and body to achieve total body health and awareness. These classes will leave you refreshed and alert with a feeling of physical and mental well being.

WHO CAN DO PILATES?

Pilates is for everyone. It is never too early or too late to start thinking of your body and health. Pilates is an individual activity focussing on the mind and body. I encourage and provide modifications when needed.
